Concept development:

Brand Identity: Roy Kombucha is known for its natural, refreshing, and health-conscious products. The 3D artwork emphasizes these qualities with the use of:
Splashes of liquid to convey refreshment and motion.
Creative Focus: The goal was to design something that stands out visually, resonates with the target audience, and reflects the product's lively and modern vibe.
A raspberry-inspired gradient of deep pinks and reds was chosen for the liquid and background, creating a sense of flavor immersion.
Subtle white highlights and reflections were added to convey the freshness and lightness of the drink.

A Raspberry was created in 3D with different modeling techniques
A liquid simulation was done to create the splash that goes around the can.
Lighting and Texturing:
Soft yet bright lighting was chosen to showcase the whole product in a playfull enviroment with a lof of reflections.
Rendering:
High-quality rendering techniques were used to capture every detail, ensuring the final image conveys a polished and professional look.
Troubleshooting
Houdini is the perfect tool for projects like this but there always comes a step where you run into issues. In my case it was to get the splash around the can right. I had to play a lot with substeps and timescale to get the tendrils and the sheets right. But after the simulation I ran into the next problem "the meshing" of the simulation. I ended up using vdb from particle fluids and did a lot of smoothing and reshaping to get the look I wanted.
